Thanks to our flexibility, upon request, we can produce small or large production batches, including prototypes and samples for trade fairs.
BMC Elettrica handles simple and complex wiring, machine edge pre-wiring, and PLC connectors, utilizing automatic machines for cutting, inkjet numbering, and automatic terminal crimping machines.
Within the company, our technical specialized team supported by advanced technology, develops various projects using EPLAN Pro Panel electrical CAD and creates automation software with leading industry brands.
Quality Control
BMC Elettrica features testers for pre-wiring checks, dynamometers for press calibrations and tightening screws and clamps (according to current regulations), and ESD protection systems. That ensures high-quality production with minimal error margins, meeting customer needs.

The Procedures

We have established written procedures for conducting end-of-production checks and tests, that are tracked and stored via a checklist linked to each operator and automatically saved on the company server.
